In this Director role, you will guide Canadian compensation initiatives while establishing a global perks governance framework. Your expertise will help in building competitive reward structures, ensuring compliance, and leveraging data for strategic insights on talent retention and attraction. Key Responsibilities:
Lead compensation strategy for Canadian operations
Oversee salary planning and bonus administration
Partner with HR for strategic talent recommendations
Provide data-driven insights for compensation decisions
Develop a global center of excellence for advantages Requirements:
12+ years in Compensation or Total Rewards
Expertise in compensation strategy and governance
Strong analytical skills and business acumen
Proven ability to influence senior leadership
