Contribute to patient care at Winnipeg Regional Health Authority as a Health Care Aide in Winnipeg. In this in-person role, assist clients with daily activities while promoting independence and well-being. You will join the J1 St. James-Assiniboia Team supporting clients in community settings, health care centers, or hospitals.

Responsibilities focus on direct care, ensuring patients’ needs are met within established standards. Apply your skills to enhance the quality of life for individuals with physical or cognitive impairments in a dedicated healthcare workplace. Key Responsibilities:
Provide assistance with daily living activities for clients
Deliver direct client care following established standards
Support clients in achieving and maintaining optimal health




Communicate effectively with patients and team members
Participate in continuous self-development and training Requirements:
Completion of recognized Health Care Aide course
Experience with individuals with physical or cognitive impairments
Valid Manitoba Class 5 driver’s license and reliable vehicle
Basic Cardiac Life Support certification preferred
