Reporting to the Vice President of Finance & Operations, you will collaborate closely with academic and administrative departments. Your expertise in technology governance, budget management, and vendor oversight will promote innovation and service improvement across the institution. Key Responsibilities:
Develop the university’s technology strategy aligned with institutional objectives
Lead technology governance and policy development




Assess and implement emerging technology applications
Manage substantial technology projects with explicit objectives
Ensure effective vendor negotiations and relationship management Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in IT or related discipline; Master’s preferred
At least 5 years of leadership in information technology
Experience with major enterprise systems and technologies
Solid strategic planning and communication skills
