This role emphasizes bathing, assisting with transfers, and providing routine treatments tailored to individual needs. Engage in a supportive and inclusive team culture, ensuring each resident receives quality care while promoting their comfort and dignity. Key Responsibilities:
Assist residents with bathing and personal hygiene tasks
Facilitate protected transfers using mechanical aids
Support residents during meals and snack times
Provide routine skin and care treatment as directed
Accompany residents to social and recreational activities Requirements:
One year of relevant care experience preferred
Completion of a recognized Personal Care Aide Certificate
Active registration with CLHA
Fluent in English, both orally and written
Post-secondary education is an asset Deliver meaningful care and support to residents at AgeCare as a Health Care Aide.
