Inc. as an Engine Service Bay Technician in Edmonton, Alberta. This permanent role focuses on the inspection, disassembly, and assembly of heavy equipment engines, primarily Caterpillar components. The ideal candidate will perform failure analysis and make decisions about parts reusability.
With a solid background in heavy equipment engine repair, you will work closely with the Technical Services team to diagnose component failures effectively. Your skills will help maintain the high standards of service at O.E.M. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct detailed disassembly and assembly of engines
Analyze failure causes and assess part reusability
Follow service letters and manuals to ensure compliance
Collaborate with team members for diagnosing failures
Manage documentation and adhere to repair processes Requirements:
HET Journeyperson ticket or equivalent is essential
Extensive experience with heavy equipment engines preferred
Knowledge of precision tools and software programs
Solid safety practices and organizational abilities
