Required skills include leadership, financial management, and knowledge of energy auditing. This full time role requires managing program budgets and collaborating with diverse stakeholders to achieve TCHC's sustainability goals. Key Responsibilities:
Develop business and work plans for energy programs
Lead and mentor vendors and support staff
Manage multi-year energy retrofit program budgets
Recommend strategies for GHG emissions reduction
Collaborate with Facilities Team on corporate standards Requirements:
Qualified certification or degree in Engineering or related field
Minimum 8 years in energy systems management
Experience with energy analysis software
