The Lead

Architect will play a critical role in shaping Kinark's approach to Human Capital Management. You'll leverage your advanced Dayforce expertise to identify and automate existing processes, ensuring alignment with P&C; strategies. Your leadership will be pivotal in translating stakeholder needs into innovative technical solutions. Key Responsibilities:
Design and govern Dayforce solution architectures
Facilitate technical discovery workshops
Automate employee lifecycle processes
Lead integrations of HR and Payroll data
Ensure compliance and data governance Requirements:
Post-secondary degree in IT or related field
Minimum 8 years of HCM implementation experience
Minimum 4 years as a Dayforce Lead Architect
Proven experience in large-scale implementations
