The Career

Responsibilities include assessing client needs, engaging with potential employers, and tracking the success of job placements and training. This role is vital for fostering community integration through sustainable work opportunities. Key Responsibilities:
Assess clients' work history and skill enhancement needs
Build partnerships with rural employers for hiring
Collaborate with roles to match candidates to jobs
Maintain detailed client case notes and records
Provide career planning and interview preparation support Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline
2–5 years of experience in career support and employer engagement
Robust presentation and communication skills
Proven ability to work both collaboratively and independently
Valid NL driver’s license and access to a vehicle Support newcomers in achieving their employment aspirations within Newfoundland and Labrador's vibrant communities.
