Become a Finish Excavator Operator at Blackline Civil Inc. in Alberta, specializing in underground construction. You will ensure protected and accurate excavation around live utilities and infrastructure systems. This full time role demands 2+ years of excavator experience, or preferably civil construction experience.
You will be responsible for operating excavators while adhering to safety regulations and project specifications. The position also requires effective communication with other team members to meet project goals efficiently. Key Responsibilities:
Operate excavators for various excavation tasks
Safely expose and manage underground utilities
Maintain trench safety in compliance with regulations
Coordinate closely with labourers and supervisors
Perform pre-trip inspections on equipment Requirements:
At least 2 years of relevant excavation experience
Proven ability in live utility environments
Understanding of trenching safety protocols
Competence in reading utility drawings and plans
