Lead maintenance teams effectively as a Fixed Plant Supervisor at Impala Canada’s Lac des Iles Mine. Work a 14 on-14 off rotation and ensure protected, productive maintenance practices. In this supervisory role, you will guide the Fixed Plant Maintenance Crews, focusing on adherence to safety and productivity goals.
With over 7 years of experience in industrial stationary equipment, ideally within mining, you will implement and execute maintenance plans amid energetic operational conditions. Collaborate closely with engineering planners to optimize equipment performance and troubleshoot issues efficiently. Key Responsibilities:
Lead and direct maintenance crews for safety and efficiency
Apply maintenance practices to meet production goals
Communicate equipment performance metrics regularly
Manage troubleshooting and problem-solving initiatives
Facilitate close collaboration with planners and other supervisors Requirements:
High School diploma or equivalent
Interprovincial Millwright Certificate or relevant degree
Minimum 7 years’ experience in industrial equipment
At least 2 years’ supervisory experience in maintenance
