Maintain student self-identification records
Deliver motivation and encouragement to students
Act as a liaison between school and Indigenous communities

Provide crisis intervention and employ conflict resolution strategies Requirements:
Grade 12 diploma or equivalent
Two years of relevant college education
Experience working with youth and behavioral challenges
Clean driver’s abstract and Class 5 B.C. license
