Lead community engagement efforts as an Indigenous Relations Coordinator with Ledcor, based in either Vancouver, BC, or Edmonton, AB. Support strategic initiatives to foster positive relationships with Indigenous communities. In this position, you will be instrumental in executing Ledcor's Indigenous Relations plan.

Collaborating with various teams, you will help facilitate participation and guide teams on cultural awareness and community priorities. Your expertise in stakeholder engagement and communication will be essential to the success of these initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
Implement strategies at both business unit and project levels
Build lasting relationships with Indigenous stakeholders
Manage logistics for Indigenous engagement events




Provide counsel on cultural protocols to teams
Track and report on Indigenous participation commitments Requirements:
At least 2 years in Indigenous relations or community engagement
Solid knowledge of Indigenous communities in Canada
Degree/Diploma in Communications or Indigenous Studies
Exceptional communication and documentation skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Contribute to Ledcor's mission of building respectful and meaningful relationships with Indigenous communities.
