- Expert-level experience in Java and Spring Boot
- Strong hands-on experience designing and developing complex microservices architectures
- Proven experience building and supporting high-volume, high-scale REST APIs
- Strong experience in application performance tuning, optimization, and troubleshooting
- Solid understanding of web applications, distributed systems, and server technologies
- Proven Technical Lead experience leading and mentoring development teams
- Experience managing and guiding junior and intermediate developers
- Robust communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with Architects, Product Owners, Business Teams, and Technical Leads
- Experience identifying and remediating code-level security vulnerabilities
- Hands-on experience with security scanning tools such as Snyk, Checkmarx, SonarQube, or Veracode
- Strong understanding of Secure SDLC and secure coding best practices
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, Bitbucket, or similar
- Strong unit testing and automation experience using JUnit, Mockito, and RESTAssured
- Experience leveraging GitHub Copilot or similar AI/LLM tools for code generation, code optimization, and developer productivity
- Ability to quickly learn and understand complex business domains
