About the Role

Our client, a luxurious hotel in Kimberley , is seeking a knowledgeable and personable Concierge to provide exceptional service to its guests. In this role, you will be the go-to person for guest requests, offering personalized recommendations and assistance with local attractions, dining, transportation, and entertainment. You will enhance the guest experience by delivering attentive, proactive service with a warm and welcoming demeanor, upholding the hotel's reputation for excellence in the Northern Cape .

Key Responsibilities

- Assist guests with a wide range of requests, including making reservations for restaurants, tours, and events.
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations on local attractions, activities, and transportation options.
- Manage guest inquiries, faxes, and messages efficiently and professionally.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure all guest requests are met promptly and accurately.




- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of hotel services, local area events, and city attractions.

Requirements

- Previous experience in a guest service role, preferably as a Concierge in a hotel.
- Excellent knowledge of the local area, including attractions, restaurants, and transportation networks.
- Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Polished and skilled appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
