Hospital’s Critical Care Resource Team in Winnipeg. This role requires ICU nursing expertise to manage complex patient needs effectively. We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) under the general supervision of the Health Services Manager.
You will offer qualified nursing services, coordinate patient care, and provide independent nursing care in an in-person setting. This position involves the administration of prescribed treatments and leadership within a dedicated health care team. Key Responsibilities:
Provide qualified nursing services to complex patients
Administer prescribed medical treatments independently
Coordinate patient care with the health care team
Lead nursing practices in collaboration with staff
Support patient discharge processes and planning Requirements:
Post-graduate course in ICU nursing or equivalent experience
Graduate of an approved Registered Nursing education program
Current CRNM registration and required certifications
Active participation in nursing associations preferred
