Duties
Operate dry cleaning machines, washing machines, pressing equipment, and other cleaning tools efficiently and safely
Inspect garments for stains, damages, or special care instructions before processing
Apply appropriate cleaning methods including dry cleaning, washing, steaming, pressing, and finishing to achieve optimal results
Handle delicate fabrics with care, ensuring each item is treated according to its specific requirements
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area to promote safety and efficiency
Verify customer orders and ensure all garments are correctly labeled and tracked throughout the cleaning process
Assist with laundry services for hotel or hospitality settings when needed, providing prompt and qualified service
Experience
Previous experience in a laundry or dry cleaning environment is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
Familiarity with hotel or hospitality industry standards is a plus
Basic knowledge of cleaning techniques, stain removal, and garment care is advantageous
Ability to operate commercial cleaning equipment safely and effectively
Robust attention to detail with a focus on quality control
