Perform prompt maintenance on building assets
Execute preventive maintenance and inspections

Liaise with contractors during service visits
Uphold Health and Safety standards in all operations Requirements:
Community College Certificate in Building Environmental Systems
At least three years of experience in maintenance
Solid knowledge of building systems and troubleshooting
Pool operator certification and experience preferred
