Responsibilities
Prepare ingredients and assemble dishes according to established recipes and standards
Cook menu items efficiently while maintaining quality, presentation, and consistency
Assist in food preparation tasks such as chopping vegetables, portioning ingredients, and setting up stations
Ensure all food handling practices comply with safety and sanitation regulations
Support the kitchen team during busy service periods by maintaining cleanliness and organization




Follow proper food safety procedures to prevent cross-contamination and ensure freshness
Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent food service experiences for guests

Qualifications
Previous food service or restaurant experience preferred but not required; eagerness to learn is key
Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and kitchen safety standards
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a rapid-paced environment
Strong understanding of food handling procedures and sanitation practices
Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
Willingness to follow directions carefully and maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety
