Ideal Gear & Machine Works is seeking a proficient CNC Programmer. Utilize your skills in multi-axis programming and machining, ensuring top-notch quality. As a member of the Boundary Mining Group, you will operate and program multi-axis machines. Your expertise should include GibbsCam for programming and using various CNC equipment. A detailed understanding of engineering specifications is crucial to this role. Key Responsibilities:
Program multi-axis machines with GibbsCam
Set up and run various CNC lathes
Interpret technical drawings and blueprints
Report on any specification deviations
Maintain accurate documentation Requirements:
Red Seal certification is advantageous
Robust multi-axis programming experience
Familiarity with precision measuring instruments
Experience with WFL and Okuma machines preferred
Capability to lift 50 pounds Utilize your CNC expertise to support quality manufacturing processes at Ideal Gear.
