Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the guest experience and service standards at our lodge. This hands-on role is perfect for those with robust hospitality skills, capable of managing budgets, teams, and operations effectively. Provide top-notch hospitality services in food and accommodations
Lead guest interactions, ensuring a welcoming setting
Maintain explicit communication across the lodge's departments
Supervise team performance and provide ongoing training
Manage inventory and operational budgets effectively Requirements:
Preferred post-secondary education in Hospitality or Tourism
At least 5 years’ experience in hospitality leadership
Valid certifications for Food Safe and Serving It Right
Proficient with hotel management systems
