Ensure mechanical excellence and safety protocols at CN Rail as the Mechanical Supervisor. This role supports continuous improvements and operational efficiency in railcar management. As the Mechanical Supervisor, you will lead day-to-day operations at CN Rail’s main terminal and coordinate maintenance for railcars and locomotives.

Your responsibilities will cover coaching unionized staff, ensuring compliance with safety and operational metrics, and managing inspections. You may also respond to remote line locations when necessary, showcasing your solid problem-solving abilities. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and conduct safety training for mechanical teams
Implement procedures to meet compliance audit requirements

Minimum 4 years in a supervisory mechanical role
3 years of relevant railroad experience
