Become a Counsellor with FIREFLY and support the mental health of children and families across Northwestern Ontario. Provide evidence-informed counselling services in various settings. This full time position entails providing individual and group counselling, conducting clinical assessments, and developing tailored intervention strategies.
You'll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and deliver services effectively in schools and community locations. Maintaining accurate clinical documentation is essential to meet agency standards while engaging in career development. Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation Requirements:
Required degree in Human Services or equivalent
Must be a member in good standing with a recognized College
A current and valid Driver's License is needed
Knowledge of family dynamics and clinical assessment
