This role focuses on aiding youth facing homelessness and incorporates the Housing First model in daily operations. Gain hands-on experience helping clients develop essential life skills while ensuring a secure residential workplace. Key Responsibilities:
Execute Support Plans tailored for residents
Promote Housing First principles in daily tasks
Collaborate with the team to deliver consistent care
Ensure the safety of grounds and facilities
Monitor clients' medication usage responsibly Requirements:
Diploma in Human/Social Services or equivalent
At least 2 years working with youth in crisis
Competence in MS Office and familiarity with databases
Access to transportation for work-related travel
