We're a busy and well-established pastry shop in Nepean looking for a passionate and reliable Assistant Pastry Chef to join our team.

In this role, you'll be working alongside our pastry chef to help produce a wide range of baked goods and desserts to our shop's standards. You take pride in your work, pay attention to detail, and thrive in a fast-paced kitchen setting.

What you'll be doing:
Assisting in the daily production of cakes, pastries, and baked goods
Following recipes and maintaining consistent quality and presentation
Keeping your workspace clean, organized, and up to health and safety standards
Supporting the team during busy periods and special orders

What we're looking for:
Experience in a professional kitchen or bakery setting
A passion for pastry and a robust eye for detail




Ability to work early mornings and weekends
A team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
Formal culinary or pastry training is an asset but not required
