Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Montessori Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to fostering a positive learning setting for students. This role involves educating children, developing lesson plans, and implementing engaging activities that promote early childhood education. A bilingual ability is a plus, as it enhances communication with diverse student backgrounds.

Duties
Create and implement lesson plans that meet the educational needs of students.
Educate children in various subjects, ensuring comprehension and engagement.
Utilize computer operation skills to manage classroom technology and resources effectively.
Foster a nurturing environment that encourages student participation and growth.
Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians.
Organize and participate in activities that promote social, emotional, and physical development.
Maintain accurate records of student performance and attendance.
Collaborate with other educators to enhance curriculum development and classroom management.

Requirements




Montessorie Certification is must. From AMI or MACTE
Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field preferred.
Experience working with children in an educational or childcare setting is essential.
Solid written and verbal communication skills in English; bilingual abilities (e.g., French) are highly desirable.
Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices.
Proficiency in using computers for administrative tasks, lesson planning, and educational software.
Ability to create an inclusive classroom environment that caters to diverse learning needs.
Passion for educating young minds and fostering their development.
