Bar Bijou

Starting at $18 - $23 per hour (base wage + potential tips)

Cafe by day, Cocktail bar by night. Bar Bijou is a hidden salon inside the historic Tremont building in Collingwood, inspired by the creative spaces of 1920s Paris. During the day it operates as a café and community gathering space serving coffee, pastries, and simple French-inspired food. In the evening the space transforms into an intimate cocktail bar with jazz and a refined cocktail program.

We’re hiring Baristas who can make every guest feel welcome, cared for, and ready to come back.

The Role As a Barista, you'll create a welcoming experience from the first coffee to the last interaction. You'll prepare coffee and other beverages with care and consistency, keep your station clean and organized, and make sure guests feel looked after throughout their visit. You'll work closely with the rest of the team to keep service running smoothly, maintain high standards, and handle guest requests thoughtfully. Experience is an asset, but we're happy to train the right person who brings a great attitude and willingness to learn.
