Duties
Deliver comprehensive patient care by monitoring vital signs, assisting with daily activities, and managing health needs in accordance with care plans
Administer medications accurately and safely, following established protocols and medical orders
Maintain detailed and precise documentation of patient conditions, treatments, and responses to care interventions
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans tailored to each patient’s needs
Educate patients and their families about health management, medication use, and post-discharge instructions
Ensure a clean, safe,



and comfortable setting for patients by adhering to infection control standards and safety procedures
Respond promptly to patient requests or emergencies with professionalism and compassion

Requirements
Valid registration as a Practical Nurse with the appropriate licensing body in your region
Proven experience in patient care within a healthcare setting, demonstrating strong nursing skills
Knowledge of medical terminology and medication administration procedures
Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members
Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail under pressure
Commitment to providing respectful, empathetic, and patient-centered care
Ability to work flexible hours including shifts that may include evenings or weekends as needed

Pay: $25.00-$28.00 per hour
