Develop tailored Behaviour Intervention Plans (BIPs)
Train staff in Non-Violent Crisis Intervention strategies
Conduct detailed behavior assessments and monitor progress
Collaborate with educational teams for best practices
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and ethical guidelines Requirements:
Master’s Degree in Applied Behaviour Analysis
BCBA certification required
2000 hours of formal training in related fields
Proficiency with behaviour assessment techniques
