as well as provide recommendations and action plansDevelop strong collaborative relationships with key stakeholders in the Sales and Finance teamsProactively lead key Sales Finance processes including trade investment reviews, customer profitability, and prior year post audit reviews (including reviews with Finance leadership and Sales leadership)Partnering with Commercial teams to develop business casesFacilitating trade and financial review meetings with multiple, cross‑functional stakeholdersAnalyze financial viability of Customer investments, with focus on NTS, GP and ROI improvementsProvide recommendations to improve Customer and Enterprise ProfitabilityBe an active member of the Finance team and work closely alongside other team members to ensure accurate and robust P&LLead and maintain a strong compliance environment and mindsetServe as a technical specialist and provide guidance to team membersRequired Qualifications6-8 years of experience in finance and/or accountingUniversity/Bachelors Degree or Equivalent in Accounting, Finance or related fieldEffective communication skillsAttention to detail and ability to work under pressureResults‑oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a teamFamiliarity with Finance ERP systems (preferably SAP) and Business Intelligence Tools (e.G.
