Job OverviewThe Systems Engineer (End User Services) leads the technical implementation and operation of CI Financial’s End‑User Technologies, including O365, MFA, Azure AD, endpoint and SSO solutions. The role drives innovation and continuous improvement, defining processes, building best practices, expanding service capacity, and enhancing quality while following company policies.What You Will DoAdminister and support the Microsoft 365 environment (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive)Manage identity and access solutions, including SSO and MFA (Okta, Cisco Duo considered assets)Administer security and compliance configurations within Microsoft 365Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to support and improve Microsoft Teams Rooms and AV collaboration technologiesParticipate in project‑based initiatives related to Microsoft 365 enhancements, migrations, and new technology implementationsProvide Level 3 support for Microsoft 365 and identity platformsWork with stakeholders and vendors to troubleshoot cloud service issuesMonitor platform performance, service health, and availabilityParticipate in incident, problem, and change management processesDevelop and maintain documentation and proceduresIdentify automation opportunities using PowerShellProvide after‑hours support as part of an on‑call rotationWhat You Will Bring5+ years administering Microsoft environments5+ years administering Microsoft 365Experience with MFA and SSO (Okta,
Cisco Duo)Experience supporting Microsoft Teams Rooms and AV technologiesExperience supporting enterprise IT projectsPost‑secondary education in IT or related field, or equivalent experience; Microsoft 365 or security certification preferredKnowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Entra IDStrong understanding of MFA and Conditional AccessPowerShell scripting skillsTroubleshooting and root‑cause analysisStrong communication skillsAbility to drive continuous improvementIndependent and team orientationWorking ConditionsTravel between locations as requiredStandard office environment, onsite four days per weekOn‑call rotation participationOccasional overtimeOccasional liftingCompensation and BenefitsBase salary range: $55,000 – $95,000 (varies by experience, skills, education, and location). Eligible for a bonus program.
