The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for assisting in the timely movement of product to meet contractual commitments and customer needs.Key ResponsibilitiesSolid experience in the execution and logistics process of movements of grain in bulk (break‑bulk vessels).Explicit understanding of Incoterms and their application to sales and purchase contracts.Understanding of Charter Parties Rules and Terms, as well as freight and voyage lay‑time analysis and calculations.Sound knowledge of export logistics processes and documentation requirements in trading and supply‑chain processes.Ability to coordinate accurate daily activity between origination locations, ports, agencies and freight companies, ensuring timely and efficient shipment.Exceptional customer‑service focus and support to clientele.Attention to detail and accurate transaction records of all shipping and commercial documentation involved.Ability to identify and manage risks and opportunities during the logistics process.Respond to sourcing questions from internal and external customers as needed.Solid understanding of financial procedures in international trading, e.G., letters of credit,
