Handle level 1 SAP support issues daily
Collaborate to gather and analyze issue details
Write specifications, particularly in procurement and order management
Provide training on SAP updates and functionality
Support major SAP projects and enhancements Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in computer science
5+ years of SAP implementation and support experience
2+ years of ABAP coding experience
Knowledge of SD, MM, and IM is preferred
