Donovan Insurance Brokers Inc. is seeking a RIBO-licensed Personal Lines Customer Solutions Broker to join our team.
In this client-focused role, you will assist existing personal lines clients with policy inquiries, coverage changes, renewals, billing questions, and other service needs. You will provide knowledgeable and professional support while maintaining accurate client records and working collaboratively with our sales and service teams.

Responsibilities
Respond to client inquiries by phone and email in a qualified and timely manner
Assist clients with policy changes, renewals, billing inquiries, and general service requests
Review client needs and provide appropriate coverage and product information
Process endorsements and maintain accurate client files and account information
Identify opportunities to improve coverage and support client retention
Resolve client concerns professionally and escalate complex matters when required
Communicate with insurance carriers as needed
Collaborate with the sales and service teams to ensure clients receive consistent support
Follow all company procedures and RIBO requirements
Qualifications
Valid RIBO license is required
Minimum 3 years of personal lines insurance experience
Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Professional telephone manner
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable using insurance management systems, email, and Microsoft Office
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team

Monday to Friday
8:30 a.m.–4:30 p.m.
Annual salary based on experience and qualifications
Pay: $50,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
