In this essential role, you will utilize your nursing expertise while collaborating with an inter-professional team and the Director of Care.

Responsibilities include performing clinical assessments, administering medication safely, and actively updating care plans. Your input during care conferences will greatly contribute to our residents’ well-being and transitions. Key Responsibilities:
Provide resident care and manage medication administration
Conduct and document clinical care assessments




Evaluate and revise care/service plans as needed
Facilitate resident care conferences with the care team
Support transfers and admissions for residents Requirements:
Must hold a Practical Nurse Diploma and valid provincial registration
Over 3 years of experience in seniors’ health
Current CPR training required
Proficient in Microsoft Office software
