We seek experienced Bilingual Genesys Architects for short-term contracts to create viable contact center solutions. This role emphasizes technical decision-making, integration, and establishing best practices for our Genesys Cloud implementations, ensuring top-level quality and support. Key Responsibilities:
Architect omnichannel solutions for ACD voice and chat
Lead complex system integrations with various platforms




Manage SIP trunk architecture and QoS requirements
Document technical specifications and solution designs
Implement DevOps practices for infrastructure management Requirements:
Expertise in Genesys Cloud implementation and architecture
Advanced skills in REST API integration and design
Knowledge of IVR/IVA systems and security compliance
Mentorship experience with solution engineers
