We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Drywall Installer to join our energetic construction team. Duties
Measure, cut, and install drywall panels accurately according to project specifications and blueprints
Secure drywall sheets using appropriate fasteners, ensuring proper alignment and stability
Finish joints with taping, mudding, sanding, and caulking to achieve a seamless surface ready for painting or finishing
Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine materials needed and installation procedures
Apply construction painting techniques when necessary to prepare surfaces for final finishes
Perform minor carpentry tasks such as framing adjustments or repairs to support drywall installation
Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools, disposing of debris, and ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times
Experience
Proven construction experience with a focus on drywall installation or related trades
Solid knowledge of blueprint reading and interpreting technical drawings
Hands-on experience with construction painting, caulking, and finishing techniques
Carpentry skills that support framing adjustments or structural modifications
Familiarity with handyman tasks that enhance overall project quality and efficiency
Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and ladders safely and effectively
Prior experience in construction painting or general handyman work is highly desirable
