Join the YMCA Massey Care and Learning Centre as a Childcare Educator. This full time role offers an opportunity to create a positive learning atmosphere for young children. As a part of this permanent position, you will work 40 hours per week, guiding children's development through engaging activities per YMCA's curriculum.

Your role will involve establishing family connections, ensuring a safe environment, and working alongside a dedicated team to enhance children's experiences at the centre. Key Responsibilities:
Create and implement age-appropriate programs for children
Foster meaningful relationships with children and families
Collaborate with colleagues to create a supportive setting
Supervise children actively during various play areas
Keep all areas clean, safe, and compliant with regulations Requirements:
ECE License from a British Columbia-recognized program
Training in child development is an asset
Solid verbal and written communication abilities
First Aid and CPR-C & AED certificate required
Must pass a Criminal Record check with vulnerable sector search Utilize your Early Childhood Education skills to enrich lives at the YMCA and strengthen community ties.
