This is our highest-priority trade. Approved contractors get first access to major renovation and SDU jobs in their zone. We charge market price for the work, you keep 80% of every job, guaranteed, paid out same day or same week. Our 20% comes off only after you've been paid, no upfront cost to join.

Given the scale of these projects, we vet carefully: valid trade licensing where applicable, WSIB clearance, liability insurance, photos of 3 to 5 completed major projects, two client references, and a short conversation on how you manage scope changes and problems mid-build. You stay fully independent, your crew, your pricing, your schedule. We just keep the pipeline full.
