Wharf & Flame is looking for a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Team Member to join our back-of-house team.
This is a hands-on position with a mix of dishwashing, kitchen cleaning, food prep, and line cooking. We’re looking for someone who is willing to work hard, learn, and grow with the team.
What you’ll do
Wash dishes and keep the kitchen clean and organized
Assist with daily food prep
Help cooks on the line during service
Follow food safety and sanitation standards
Keep workstations stocked and clean
Assist the kitchen team wherever needed
What we’re looking for
Reliable and punctual
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Comfortable working in a rapid-paced kitchen
Willing to learn and take direction
Previous kitchen experience is an asset, but not required
We’re happy to give the right person more responsibility as they develop their skills. If you’re interested in learning prep and line cooking, there is opportunity to grow into those areas.
Experience is an asset, but attitude and reliability matter most.
