NOW HIRING – PRECAST CONCRETE PRODUCTION WORKER

PLEASE NOTE: This is a physically demanding job and you will be working outside most of the time.

Western Canada Concrete Products is looking for a reliable, hardworking, and motivated individual or individuals to join our team in the manufacturing of high-quality precast concrete products.

We pride ourselves on providing a team-oriented work workplace and steady employment opportunities. Previous experience is an asset, but we are willing to train the right person who has a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities:
Assist with the manufacturing of precast concrete products
Operate machinery, tools, and equipment safely and efficiently
Follow quality control procedures to maintain high product standards
Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals
Maintain a clean, organized, and secure work area
Follow all company safety policies and procedures
Perform various physical and manual labour tasks as required
Work outdoors in all weather conditions, including hot, cold, rain, wind, and other changing weather conditions

Qualifications:




Previous experience in concrete manufacturing, construction, or a similar industry is an asset
Forklift experience is an asset
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Reliable and punctual
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Valuable communication skills
Physically capable of performing manual labour and lifting tasks
Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
Positive attitude and dependable work habits
