Job Summary

We are looking for reliable and experienced construction workers to join our team for full time work. Projects include renovation, repair, and maintenance work throughout Vancouver, with much of our work taking place in Downtown Vancouver and Downtown Eastside social housing.

Occasional out-of-town work may be required, including projects on Vancouver Island and in Interior BC.

Requirements
5–10+ years of construction experience preferred
Must speak English
Valid driver's license required
Must have own tools
Must have a truck or reliable transportation
Criminal record check required
Reliable and able to work independently

Experience in the following is an asset
Interior finishing
Framing
Plumbing
Electrical
General renovations and repairs

What We Offer
Full time, ongoing work
$20.00–$40.00 per hour, depending on experience
Steady work and ongoing projects
Work primarily based in Vancouver
