Responsibilities
Operate snow removal equipment such as shovels, snow blowers, backpack blowers, and sweepers to clear snow and ice from designated areas
Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for manual snow removal tasks
Maintain pathways, driveways, parking lots, sidewalks, and entryways in a clean and hazard-free condition
Perform routine inspections of equipment to ensure mechanical functionality and report any maintenance needs promptly
Follow safety protocols at all times to prevent accidents or injuries during snow removal activities
Collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently while adhering to project timelines
Using phone app to clock into jobs and take before and after photos
Experience
Prior experience with construction or outdoor maintenance work is preferred
Mechanical knowledge related to operating or maintaining snow removal machinery and hand/power tools is advantageous
Ability to work outdoors in cold weather conditions while maintaining high energy levels and focus
