What You'll Do
Execute high-quality carpentry work on residential kitchen and bathroom renovations
Help manage job sites and direct staff/trades as needed
Work collaboratively as part of a close-knit team
Experience & Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of full-time experience in residential renovations (kitchens and bathrooms specifically)
Experience managing a job site and directing staff/trades preferred
Robust team player with a positive, professional attitude
A valid driver's license and insurability under our commercial vehicle policy.
Willingness to maintain personal accident and injury coverage
Comfortable using an online CRM app daily for site notes and timesheets
Compensation & Benefits
$30–$40/hour, full-time, non-seasonal

Growth Path
