Summary The Beauty Advisor is a commission-based retail sales role responsible for developing deep, long-lasting relationships with clients to drive sales, service, and loyalty. The role requires expert product knowledge, exceptional customer service, and proactive clienteling in a luxury retail environment. Advisors support brand initiatives, execute merchandising and events, and participate in ongoing product and vendor training.

Responsibilities - Deliver extraordinary service and exceed personal and brand sales targets
Build and maintain a loyal personal client base through acquisition, development, and retention
Share expert product knowledge with the store selling team and attend all training sessions
Support brand sales through event execution, marketing prospects,



and assortment feedback
Perform floor recovery, visual merchandising, price changes, and related sales support tasks
Communicate regularly with clients and resolve customer service issues with selling management Requirements - High school diploma
Minimum of two years experience in a commission-based sales workplace
Prior luxury retail sales experience preferred
Make-up artistry or aesthetics certificate may be required for certain brands
Perfectly bilingual in French and English and able to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
