Overview

We are excited to welcome an Associate Dentist to our new practice, opening soon! This is a unique opportunity to join a growing dental team from the very beginning and help shape a up-to-date, patient-focused practice.

Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive dental examinations and develop personalized treatment plans for patients of all ages, including pediatrics.
Perform a variety of dental procedures such as fillings, crowns, extractions, root canals, and preventive care with precision and care.
Utilize dental CAD (Computer-Aided Design) technology to assist in restorative procedures and ensure high-quality outcomes.
Maintain accurate patient records using dental practice management software tracker and ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards.
Communicate effectively with patients, explaining diagnoses, treatment options, and post-care instructions in clear, understandable terms.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations of the dental office and uphold excellent patient service standards.
Stay current with advancements in dental technology and techniques,



including updates in medical terminology relevant to dental practice.

Experience
Strong knowledge of dental terminology, patient health histories, and comprehensive oral healthcare.
Proficiency in providing a broad range of general dentistry services with a commitment to high-quality patient care.
Experience working with modern dental equipment, digital imaging, and other clinical technologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to educate patients and build strong, trusting relationships.
A collaborative, team-oriented approach with a strong commitment to patient care and satisfaction.
Enthusiasm for joining a current practice and contributing to its growth and success from the ground up.

Pay: $101,992.57-$417,203.57 per year
