Duties of customer care representative :
-This is a full time permanent position
Greet and welcome clients and their pets to the clinic
Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the front desk
Collect and update patient information, including medical history and insurance details
Handle financial transactions, including processing payments and managing invoices
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
Assist veterinarians and veterinary technicians with various tasks as needed
Requirements:
Previous experience working in a veterinary clinic or animal care setting is preferred
Solid communication skills, both verbal and written
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and skilled demeanor
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a quick-paced workplace
Proficient in computer systems and software used in veterinary clinics
Knowledge of laboratory procedures and equipment is a plus

As a Veterinary Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients while assisting with administrative tasks at the front desk. This is a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the veterinary clinic.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a veterinary clinic or animal care setting. They should have excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, and have a passion for providing high-quality care to animals.
