What You'll Do
Producing a wide variety of pastries, baked goods, desserts, and café items from scratch.
Working with laminated doughs, including croissants, Danish pastries, and other specialty products.
Scaling, mixing, shaping, proofing, and baking products to the highest standards.
Preparing fillings, creams, icings, and decorative elements.
Following recipes while maintaining consistency, quality, and presentation.
Assisting in the development of new seasonal products and menu features.
Organizing daily production to ensure our cafés are fully stocked with fresh products.
Maintaining a clean, effective, and well-organized workstation.
Supporting inventory management,



stock rotation, and waste reduction initiatives.

What You'll Bring
Previous experience in a pastry, bakery, hotel, café, or production kitchen.
Experience with dough lamination is a solid asset.
Passion for scratch baking and artisan pastry production.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to work independently and stay organized in a fast-paced setting.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn new techniques.
Pride in producing products that guests genuinely enjoy.
Early morning availability as required.
