In this role, you will interact with Albertans seeking legal information and guide them toward suitable resources.

Your responsibilities will include managing diverse inquiries and documentation while ensuring a supportive workplace for self-represented litigants. Key Responsibilities:
Deliver information on CJS services via various platforms
Guide clients to court alternatives and resources
Support clients in accessing legal information effectively
Ensure proper filing of court documents per guidelines
Maintain resource materials for staff training Requirements:
High school diploma with four years related experience
Knowledge of Alberta court processes
Solid organizational and communication skills
Capacity to de-escalate challenging situations
Minimum typing speed of 40 WPM Contribute your skills to assist Albertans in resolving legal matters efficiently and effectively.
