Overview
We are seeking a organized and proactive Property Co-ordinator to join our team. Under the direction of the Housing Manager, the Property Coordinator coordinates the day-to-day operations of the CVTS rental properties. The role includes maintaining positive relationships with tenants and ensuring secure and well-maintained building.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Education, Training and Experience:
Diploma related to property management.
A minimum of two years’ experience working in the field of multi-family rental property

management.
A minimum of one years’ experience in a supervisory capacity.
Sound knowledge of residential tenancy laws and regulations in British Columbia.
Experience with the TRB arbitration process.
Coordination and supervisory experience in a unionized setting.

Other Requirements:
Full and valid BC driver's license and a clean Driver’s Abstract
A explicit Vulnerable Sector Criminal Record Check

Pay: From $35.82 per hour
