Duties
Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience
Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery
Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling responsibilities
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all service areas, adhering to food safety regulations
Assist in food preparation and kitchen support when needed to ensure smooth operations
Manage time effectively to serve multiple tables efficiently while providing exceptional guest service
Qualifications
Previous food service or restaurant experience is highly preferred, with a strong understanding of the food industry standards
Familiarity with POS systems like Micros POS or similar platforms is a plus
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude
Ability to handle food safely, including proper food handling and sanitation practices
Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
Basic math skills for cashiering, math calculations, and handling cash transactions accurately
Knowledge of food safety protocols and restaurant operations is advantageous
Experience in food preparation or kitchen support can be beneficial but is not required
